Booking a hotel should be simple
Most people booking a trip are not looking for a thousand options. They want a handful of places that genuinely suit the trip, priced honestly, in a location that works.
That is what we build towards. We keep the catalogue tighter than the large aggregators, describe properties as they actually are — including the noisy street or the long walk to the beach — and make sure someone is available if plans change.
A large share of our work is still pilgrimage travel to Makkah and Madinah, where getting the distance to the Haram right matters more than any amenity list. That attention carries over to everything else we list.

The rate you see is the rate you pay. We do not add booking fees at the last step, and anything the hotel collects locally is stated up front.
Properties we know
We list hotels we have vetted rather than everything available. If a property stops meeting the standard, we take it down.

Our team answers directly by phone and email. You are not routed through a chatbot when something needs sorting out.

How we got here
A short history of the agency.
2019
Founded in Bari
Zafar Travels started as a small agency arranging pilgrimage travel for families across Puglia.
2021
Expanded to leisure travel
Demand from returning customers pushed us beyond Makkah and Madinah into city breaks and beach resorts.
2023
Direct hotel partnerships
We began contracting rates directly with properties rather than reselling through third-party inventory.
2026
Booking online
The full catalogue moved online so travellers can search, compare and book without waiting for office hours.
A small team, reachable directly
The office in Bari handles bookings, changes and anything that needs sorting mid-trip. There is no call centre in between — the person who answers is the person who can act on it.
We work in Italian, English, Arabic and Urdu, which covers most of the travellers who come to us.
