How do I know my booking is confirmed?+
You receive a confirmation email with a booking reference within a few minutes of completing the final step. If it has not arrived, check your spam folder before contacting us.
Can I cancel or change a reservation?+
That depends on the rate you selected. Rooms marked Free cancellation can be cancelled up to the date shown on your confirmation. Non-refundable rates cannot be changed once booked.
When am I charged for the stay?+
For most bookings you pay at the property when you arrive. Where a deposit or full prepayment is required, this is stated clearly before you confirm.
Do you charge a booking fee?+
No. The price you see on the hotel page is the price you pay. Local tourist taxes, where they apply, are collected by the hotel.
Can you arrange group or corporate bookings?+
Yes. For five rooms or more, contact us directly and we will put together a quote rather than booking room by room.
