1. Who we are

Zafar Travels is a travel agency registered in Italy, with its office at Piazza Umberto I 62, 70122 Bari. We act as an intermediary between you and the accommodation provider.

The contract for your stay is between you and the property. We are responsible for arranging the booking accurately and for the service we provide around it.

2. Bookings and confirmation

A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email containing a booking reference. Until that email is issued, no reservation exists.

Please check the confirmation carefully. Names, dates and room types must match what you need, and corrections are easier before the stay approaches.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown per night in euro and include the room rate for the number of guests selected. We do not add a booking fee.

Local taxes such as city or tourist tax are collected by the property on arrival where they apply. The amount is set by the local authority, not by us.

For most rates, payment is taken by the property at check-in. Where a deposit or prepayment is required, this is stated before you confirm.

4. Changes and cancellation

Cancellation terms depend on the rate you select and are shown on the hotel page and your confirmation. Rates marked as free cancellation can be cancelled up to the stated deadline at no charge.

Non-refundable rates cannot be changed or refunded once confirmed. If your plans are uncertain, choose a flexible rate.

To change or cancel, contact us with your booking reference rather than approaching the property directly, so that our records stay in step.

5. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for having valid travel documents, visas and any vaccinations required for your destination. We can advise, but the obligation rests with the traveller.

Guests must present valid photographic identification at check-in. Properties may refuse entry where identification does not match the booking.

6. Liability

We take care to describe properties accurately using information from the property and our own checks. Facilities can change at short notice, and seasonal closures of pools, spas or restaurants are common.

We are not liable for loss or damage caused by the property, nor for events outside reasonable control such as weather, strikes or transport disruption.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Bari, without affecting any consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
