1. Strictly necessary cookies

These keep the site working: remembering your search, holding the contents of a booking as you move between steps, and maintaining security. They cannot be switched off without breaking the booking flow.

2. Preference cookies

These remember choices such as your recent destinations and guest counts so you do not have to re-enter them. Disabling them means re-entering search details each visit.

3. Analytics cookies

These tell us which pages are used and where people drop out of the booking flow, in aggregate. We use this to fix problems and decide what to improve, not to identify individuals.

4. Managing cookies

Every major browser lets you view, block and delete cookies through its settings. Blocking all cookies will prevent the booking flow from completing.
